Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 27, 2026. Updated from the July 23 version to describe browser storage, third-party requests, and how to reach us about your data.
How Nodus, Inc. handles personal information.
What we collect
Account data (name, email, company), API authentication metadata, billing contacts, workload metadata (status, spend, routing summaries), and operational logs needed to run the control plane.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, bill for usage, communicate about your account, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and browser storage
No advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no analytics or session-recording script on this site.
The console stores two things in your browser so it keeps working between page loads:
sessionStorage. Your console session token, which is not your API key. Scoped to the tab, cleared when you close it, sent only to the API base you configure, and expired server-side after twelve hours.localStorage. Non-secret preferences: the API base URL, plus the tenant ID, company, and email shown in the console header.
Both live on your device, not our servers. Signing out clears the key; clearing site data removes the preferences too.
Third-party requests
Public pages load every asset (styles, scripts, fonts, images) from our own origin. Browsing this site sends no request to any third party for tracking, advertising, or measurement. The console talks only to the Nodus API, at the base URL it shows you.
Processors
A small number of infrastructure providers, each of which may process the data above while running the service:
- Vercel. Hosting and CDN for this site and the console.
- Render. Hosting for the control plane API.
- Neon. Managed Postgres, where account, workload, ledger, and audit records are stored.
- Stripe. Billing and invoicing, when billing is enabled for your account. Card details go to Stripe, not to us.
Workload execution may run on capacity we operate or on opaque wholesale supply under our catalog.
Retention
We retain account, ledger, and audit records as required for operations, security, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of account data subject to those obligations.
Your choices
Email nodus.infrastructure@gmail.com from the address on your account to get a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We confirm receipt and tell you what we can and cannot delete, naming the ledger and audit records we are required to keep for billing, security, or legal reasons. You can also ask us to revoke your API keys at any time; see security.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and note what changed. Material changes will also be sent to the email on your account.
